- No full time occupants at the house, everyone must be a commuter.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
- Wipe down counters and table tops.
- Do not leave your clothes, shoes, or other personal belongings in the common area.
- Trash day is Tuesday. If the bin is full, kindly take it out.
- Do not leave hair in the shower drain.
- Do not leave stains on the toilet.
- No smoking in the house. If you smoke outside, do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Quiet Hours
- Please be mindful of people who may be getting their beauty sleep.
- In/Out
- Kindly lock the door behind you, upon leaving the house. The doors are powered by a smart lock. Sharing of door codes is strictly prohibited.
- Be respectful of others, do not conduct any illegal acts while at the crash pad. We also strictly prohibit visitors to sleep at the crash pad. Such acts will result to eviction and your rent will not be refunded.
- Food and Drinks
- We suggest putting a label on your food in the refrigerator or pantry. Do not leave food behind.
- Bedding and Linens
- Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided. Kindly wash the sheets and blankets prior to leaving and put them in the linen closet.
- Bunk Assignments
- Each bunk is labeled and are located in gender specific rooms. You may occupy any bunk you like so long as they are vacant. As soon as you are situated, we require that you let us know the letter of your bunk.
- Washer & Dryer Etiquette
- Do not leave your clothes in the washer and dryer. Be mindful of others.
- Sharing of Crew Car
- The crew car is mainly provided to drive each other to and from the airport. Taking the car on day trips and long drives is prohibited. It may also be used for trips to the grocery store.
- Lost or Stolen Items
- Take care of your personal belongings. The landlords will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Maintenance
- Let the landlords know immediately if there is anything that is in need of repair or maintenance in the house.
- Rent Payment
- Prompt payment is expected, penalties may apply for late payments.
- Things that results to Evictions
- Providing your door code to anyone.
- Having overnight guests.
- Using the crew car for long periods of time.
- Smoking in the house.
- Conducting illegal activities in the house.
- Any act of violence.
